長澤メタルはスクラップ事業以外、石油タンク清掃事業も積極的に展開しております。
台湾の台湾プラスティック（株）（Formosa Petrochemical）にて13万キロリットルの浮き屋根式（FRT）原油タンク・5万キロリットルのコーンルーフタンク（CRT）等、COWクリーニング工事の施工実績が御座います。
上記工事に必要な資機材　COW（原油洗浄）プラントユニット・AM洗浄マシン・タンク内酸素・可燃性ｶﾞｽ6点自動切換え測定器・熱交換器・窒素発生装置（PSA）等を台湾会社へ販売しており、 実際にクリーニング工事も台湾会社と協力し、施工しております。
今現在、COW（原油洗浄）技術員数名もSKK（システム機工株式会社）の協力で日本のCOW工法現場で育成中で御座います。

At Taiwan Plastic Co., Ltd.（Formosa Petrochemical）, we have performed 130,000KL Floating Roof Crude Oil Tank Cleaning and 50,00KL Cone Roof Crude Oil Tank Cleaning together with local company in Taiwan.
Fabrication and supply of necessary cleaning system equipment (Crude Oil Washing – COW) Plant Unit, Amplitude Modulation Cleaning Machine, 6 channel Automatic Switching Measurement Equipment for tank inside gas such as Oxygen, Flammable Gas , Heat Exchanger, Pressure Swing Adsorption for Nitrogen Gas, etc. to Taiwan Company. （Please refer to the below photographs）
A couple of special engineers for COW are working together with SKK Co., Ltd. here in Japan and periodic refresher training are being done to improve and maintain their skill.
